We deliver and install all household appliances including:
- Refrigerators and Freezers
- Free Standing Refrigerator: Deliver, uncrate and set into the opening
in
the cabinet. Connect existing waterline; plug in electric, level unit and remove
and dispose of all packaging material. Set temperatures and check for water leaks.
- Built-in Refrigerator: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified
by manufacturer. Install anti-tipping bracket or equivalent. Connect existing waterline;
plug in electric, level unit and remove and dispose of all packaging material. Set
temperatures and check for water leaks.
- Undercounter Refrigerator: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified
by manufacturer. Install anti-tipping bracket or equivalent. Connect existing waterline,
plug in electric, level unit and remove and dispose all packaging material. Set
temperatures and check for water leaks.
- Ice Makers: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified by
manufacturer. Connect existing waterline, plug in electric and remove and dispose
of all packaging material. Check for water leaks.
- Wine Coolers: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified
by manufacturer. Install anti-tipping bracket or equivalent. Plug in electric, level
unit and
remove and dispose all packaging material. Set temperatures.
- Washers
- Deliver, uncrate and set into the proper location. Connect to existing waterline,
connect
electrical plug, plug in electric, run and connect drain hose, level and secure
as per
manufacturer’s specifications. Remove and dispose all packaging materials.
Start and run drain cycle and check for leaks.
- Dryers
- Deliver, uncrate and set into the proper location. Connect exhaust duct
and clamps, connect electrical plug, plug in electric, level and remove and dispose
all packaging material. Electrical pigtail, clamp and exhaust duct are not included.
For gas units, we will hook up the gas if there is a serviceable, existing
shut-off
valve directly to the dryer.
- Dishwashers
- Deliver, uncrate and set into the opening in the cabinet. Connect to existing waterline.
Connect electrical plug, plug in electric, run and connect drain hose. Level and
secure
as per manufacturer’s specifications. Remove and dispose of all packaging materials.
Start and run drain cycle and check for water leaks.
- Ranges
- Free Standing Ranges: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified
by
manufacturer. Install anti-tipping bracket or equivalent. Install pigtail, plug
in electric,
level unit and remove and dispose all packaging material. For gas units,
we will hook
up the gas if there is a serviceable, existing shut-off valve.
- Microwaves (OTR): Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified by
manufacturer. Install mounting bracket or approved securing procedure. Level unit
and
remove and dispose all packaging material.
- Professional Ranges: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified
by
manufacturer. Install anti-tipping bracket or equivalent. Install pigtail; plug
in electric,
level unit and remove and dispose of all packing material. Pigtail is not included.
For gas units, we will hook up the gas if there is a serviceable, existing
shut-off valve.
- Built-in Single and Double Ovens: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure
as specified
by manufacturer. Install anti-tipping bracket or equivalent. Install electrical
head or pigtail,
plug in electric, level unit and remove and dispose all packaging material. Extra
charge for
cabinet modification.
- Cooktops: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified by manufacturer.
Install pigtail; plug in electric, level unit and remove and dispose of all packaging
material.
Extra charge for countertop modification. For gas units, we will hook up
the gas if there
is a serviceable, existing shut-off valve.
- Professional Cooktops: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified
by
manufacturer. Install pigtail; plug in electric, level unit and remove and dispose
of all
packaging material. Extra charge for countertop modification. For gas units,
we will
hook up the gas if there is a serviceable, existing shut-off valve.
- Warming Drawers: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified by
manufacturer.
Level unit and remove and dispose all packaging material.
- BBQ Grills: Deliver, uncrate and set and secure as specified by manufacturer.
Level unit and remove and dispose all packaging material. For gas units,
we will hook up
the gas if there is a serviceable, existing shut-off valve.
- Ventilation
- Wall Mounted Hoods: Deliver, uncrate, mount hood at customer height
specification
above cooking surface. Connect to existing ductwork. Connect electrical plug and
install duct
cover. Extra charge for duct work and duct cover modifications.
- Island Hoods: Deliver, uncrate, mount hood at customer height specification
above
cooking surface. Connect to existing ductwork. Connect electrical plug and install
duct cover.
Mounting framework on trusses done by others.
- Down Draft Ventilation: Deliver, uncrate, set and secure as recommended
by
manufacturer. Connect to existing ductwork. Connect electrical plug. Extra charge
for duct work
modification and granite cuts.
